THE FIELD GUIDE / GUIDE
Medicine Bottle in Deep Dish Dungeon
The Medicine Bottle is a treasure hidden above a basement side room; take it to the friendly ghost after using a Vision Elixir to see them.

Find the bottle in the basement
Start at the main hall and descend to the forge basement. The Medicine Bottle is a treasure, not the consumable Healing Potion.
DocNovak and MysteriousBear describe the ceiling-room chest; 山丸にき also places the hidden room above the basement shelving. Their launch-period descriptions do not give an exact build or platform.
- Use a Hammer on the iron bars below the main hall, then go through the opening to reach the large forge.
- To make the Iron Key, use the mold already on the forge: add 5 Coal and 8 Scrap Metal, then operate the lever. This cost comes from a launch-period walkthrough; check the prompt in your version.
- Open the Iron Key side room and continue to the room with skeletons and shelves.
- Climb the shelves on the right and enter the opening in the ceiling. Search the chest in the hidden room for the Medicine Bottle.
Bring it to the friendly ghost
The destination is in the upper white-walled area with golden doors. From the fountain, take the upper door on the right, then the next door on the left. Look for a broken medicine bottle on a shelf and a coffin deeper in the room.
Players separately describe this hand-in as one of the treasure returns for the true-ending route. Do not confuse the item being returned with the Vision Elixir: the elixir reveals the ghost, while the Medicine Bottle is the treasure.
- Prepare a Vision Elixir: put an Azurea Mushroom in a Kettle, add water and light the fire. Start the elixir, collect it when ready and drink it to reveal the ghost.
- Find the ghost above the skeleton lying on a table and give them the Medicine Bottle.
If the treasure has gone missing
Patch 1.0.50.0 says the host can recover a lost treasure through the Catalogue, including one in another player’s inventory. The note does not promise that every old item-loss bug or hand-in problem is repaired.
